We will be the rock our clients need to improve quality of life. We will show up, be present, engaged and full of joy and gratitude for the opportunity to impact other people’s lives. People trusting us, when they can be most vulnerable, is an enormous responsibility and we will not take it lightly. We will lead from the front and through the example of living a genuine, healthy and balanced lifestyle. We will make our clients a priority and always have their best interest in mind. Even when we are not 100%, we will commit to giving our clients everything we have in the tank. 

Pascual Del Real



Fitness Coach

Pascual began his career by playing both college and professional baseball. He has over 13 years of fitness experience spanning from strength and conditioning with professional and collegiate  athletes to managing corporate gyms. His training experience from working with athletes has ingrained a lot of great values into him, specifically in movement efficiency, corrective exercises and creating a safe training environment.He specializes in helping the body move efficiently by identifying imbalances and functional strength training.  

 Pascual continues to enjoy both playing and watching sports while also spending time with his friends and family. He has a passion for helping others and his ultimate goal is to help people live a healthier more joyful life by incorporating different forms of health and wellness. 

Kristie Del Real



Fitness & Nutrition Coach

Kristie started Torkc, alongside her husband Pascual, in order to spread her love of health and wellness to the community. She not only loves fitness, but loves her clients even more. Kristie is eager to help others, and enjoys helping them reach their goals and develop  into the best version of themselves.

With over 15 years of experience, Kristie began her coaching with gymnastics and continued coaching by training clients of all ages and levels in both functional fitness, nutrition and lifestyle habits. 

Kristie is a mom (dog and human), wife, and business owner who loves being with family, enjoying the outdoors, watching sports and living a healthy balanced lifestyle.

She enjoys creating a fun, challenging and safe environment for her clients to train in and reach their greatest potential. 

Janine Brown


Fitness Coach

Janine's passion for fitness stems from her sporty upbringing and finding happiness in being healthy and active. She has a warm and outgoing personality that will make you feel at ease whether you're new to the gym or are a lifelong athlete!

Newly armed with a personal trainer certification from the National Academy of Sports Medicine, she's ready to bring her enthusiasm to you. 

Her current personal focuses are in powerlifting and strongman techniques, with an emphasis on core work and flexibility.

Whatever your goal may be; losing fat, gaining strength, improving flexibility, adding lean muscle, training for an event, recovering from an injury, or just feeling healthier and happier when you get out of bed in the morning, Janine will thoughtfully and professionally help you make your plans a reality.

Kelly Parmelee


Fitness Coach

Kelly Parmelee is a Certified Nutrition Educator and has been working in the Natural Health Industry for the past 10 years.  She is currently pursuing her Personal Training Certification through the National Association of Sports Medicine.  From a young age Kelly has always been active; including Track, Softball, Gymnastics, Cheerleading and Dance.  Most recently she was the Lead Instructor in teaching the “Thriller” Dance to the community for flash mob performances.  

In her spare time, Kelly enjoys working out, healthy cooking, time with her dog Clover and representing her Bee Inspired apparel line which educates and donates to help save honey bees.  

Kelly offers a positive outlook, great energy and a passion for living a healthy lifestyle.
